This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement solutions that are both scalable and high-performing.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders across Aledade to formulate and execute technical roadmaps using Agile methodologies.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, including comprehensive reviews of pull requests from peers while being open to constructive criticism of your own work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 6 years of experience in backend or data engineering development as part of a cross-functional team.

• More than 3 years of experience utilizing SQL or other database querying languages on extensive multi-table data sets.

• At least 3 years of experience serving as a reliable technical decision-maker within a team, addressing both short-term and long-term business objectives.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience mentoring fellow engineers.
