This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Be a "whatever it takes" engineer: You are adaptable. If the frontend lead is unavailable or an infrastructure issue arises, you are prepared to step in, acquire new knowledge, and facilitate progress for the team.
• Collaborate with AI as a partner: We utilize AI tools daily to enhance our speed. You will be expected to harness these tools to address "impossible" challenges while maintaining our quality standards.
• Propel the team forward: You will offer technical guidance, ensuring we make informed decisions and tackle technical debt before it becomes a hindrance.
• Practical experience: You have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in developing software that operates successfully in high-traffic, production settings.
• Expertise in backend development: You possess strong proficiency in Golang and ideally have experience with JS/TS as well.
• AI proficiency: You have successfully integrated AI into your processes and understand how to utilize it to enhance code quality and debug complex systems.
• Solid foundational knowledge: You have a thorough grasp of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns that enable you to build scalable solutions.
• Effective communication skills: You have a strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Competitive salary: 23,800 - 29,800 PLN net on B2B.
