This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Design, develop, and deploy internal applications and services from start to finish, ensuring clean architecture and long-term maintainability.
• Create and integrate APIs throughout the marketing, sales, and client operations ecosystem, which includes telephony, marketing automation, sales engagement, support, and business intelligence.
• Guarantee reliable transitions and schema integrity across all integrations.
• Construct and manage data pipelines that supply reporting and operational systems.
• Enhance and sustain the Salesforce platform utilizing Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Craft AI-native workflows and agents, implementing production safeguards and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Convert operator requirements into software solutions and address any incorrect or unsuitable requests.
• Monitor workflows, develop solutions, validate them, deploy to production, and iterate on improvements.
• Manage the entire development lifecycle from gathering requirements through user acceptance testing, release, and iteration.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical software engineering experience.
• Preference for backgrounds in full-stack, backend, or systems development.
• Proficiency in one or two modern programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with agentic coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Strong skills in data architecture, including schema design, data modeling, and pipelines.
• Capability to create user-friendly interfaces with a UX/UI perspective for internal tools.
• Experience in designing API integrations with schema mapping, error handling, and data fidelity.
• Background in building or integrating with Salesforce, including Apex, Flows, and APIs.
• Willingness to continue engaging deeply with Salesforce.
• Proven experience in delivering production software with version control, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Ability to oversee the complete development lifecycle from requirements through UAT, release, and iteration.
• A hands-on viewpoint on how AI and agents can add leverage in real workflows.
