Senior Software Engineer II, AI-Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop exceptional features tailored for aging parents, pre-teen wearable users, and community groups.

• Collaborate with AI (Claude Code) as an integral partner.

• Assist in defining and formalizing AI-Native engineering practices for the Circle Expansion team.

• Engage in full stack development as required.

• Work closely with product managers and designers.

• Contribute to architectural decisions, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of craftsmanship and continuous improvement.

• Take part in on-call rotations and manage incident responses.

• Employ agentic workflows to significantly enhance the delivery of impactful results.

• Mentor team members and support team processes and technical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in developing high-quality, consumer-grade software products.

• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in prompting, evaluating, and building with LLMs.

• Strong expertise in mobile development (iOS or Android).

• Extensive experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, context window management, and MCP/function calling.

• Proven record of leveraging AI tools to enhance personal productivity.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• A genuine enthusiasm for establishing what it means to be AI-Native.

• Empathy for the users behind the product.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
