Senior Software Engineer, Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, our Data Ops team, and fellow engineers to research, plan, design, and develop features that enhance user adoption of Fleetio’s product.

• Swiftly create user experiences throughout the application and conduct experiments to boost engagement among trial users.

• Develop systems to offer personalized onboarding for users during their trial phase and focus on enhancing feature areas across various app modules to increase usage and minimize churn.

• As the Growth engineering team is in its initial stages, you will have a significant influence in shaping the direction for both the team and the overall product experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.

• At least 2 years of experience with ReactJS and Typescript.

• Previous experience on a Growth engineering team.

• Diverse background in building full-stack web-based systems and features.

• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and relational databases, such as PostgreSQL.

• Experience with unit testing frameworks.

• Exceptional communication skills, especially in writing.
