This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• The Principal Engineer, Tooling is tasked with creating new tooling for innovative products and facilitating product enhancements by adhering to best engineering and documentation practices.

• Oversee, uphold timelines and budgets, and manage tooling & molding initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Molding Engineer, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

• Supervise and mentor junior engineers.

• Engage in complex, advanced technical projects or business challenges that require cutting-edge technical or industry expertise.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Engineering, Technology, or STEM) or over 10 years of experience in Medical Device and Molding Tools.

• Knowledge or training in scientific molding/RJG molding.

• Mold Simulation experience is advantageous.

• Experience with Silicone Molding is beneficial.
