Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain new application features while ensuring that existing functionalities are robust and thoroughly tested.

• Craft efficient and maintainable code with extensive test coverage, working closely with QA engineers to test features and automate testing processes.

• Collaborate in delivering and validating integrated technology solutions alongside client and partner technology team members.

• Work within an Agile Scrum team, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of PAA software and engage actively in code reviews and design discussions, offering constructive feedback and recommending enhancements in technology and processes.

• Collaborate with Product team members, DevOps engineers, and InfoSec professionals to ensure development efforts align with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Python.

• Familiarity with HL7 messaging and robotic process automation is advantageous.

• Experience with PostgreSQL or other similar relational databases.

• Proven track record in optimizing performance, scaling applications, and enhancing database efficiency (e.g., query optimization, indexing strategies, and database performance tuning).

• Experience in implementing and managing caching layers (e.g., Redis).

• Proficient in API development and integrating external systems.

• Demonstrated knowledge of GraphQL and/or RESTful API design.

• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of event-driven architecture patterns (such as Kafka or similar technologies).
