Senior Software Engineer – Go

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and enhance high-throughput, low-latency backend services using Go

• Architect and implement distributed systems

• Take full ownership of the delivery process from design to production

• Enhance uptime and minimize latency across various services

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Infrastructure, and DevEx teams

• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate production challenges

• Promote engineering standards and best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in building and managing backend or distributed systems in high-scale production settings

• Strong expertise in Go programming

• Capability to swiftly adopt new languages and frameworks as required

• Extensive experience in designing and managing distributed systems, databases, and streaming architectures

• Proven history of delivering scalable and reliable systems that positively impact performance, availability, and developer experience

• Familiarity with Web3, blockchain infrastructure, or high-throughput API platforms, including RPC services, node infrastructure, or data streaming pipelines

• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex, cross-system production issues

• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and achieve results in fast-paced, uncertain environments

• Excellent communication abilities and experience collaborating with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams

• Legally authorized to work in the US without the need for company sponsorship
