• Participate in the Search and EVAL teams

• Tackle fundamental search and quality evaluation challenges

• Conduct experiments and A/B tests

• Analytical mindset — more aligned with Data Science than conventional full-stack software engineering

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a robust technical foundation

• Background in experimentation, testing, optimization, and user behavior analysis

• Practical expertise with AI tools in routine activities

• Effective technical communication skills
