Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Tackle intricate engineering challenges that allow you to develop and refine not just your technical abilities, but also your project management and interpersonal skills.

• Create and manage public APIs that are integral to the API Product suite.

• Partner with stakeholders to transform a functional vision into a concrete roadmap with defined outcomes.

• Provide support and enablement for internal business units through shared engineering services and functionalities.

• Cultivate cross-functional relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization to comprehend and enhance their mission from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and constructing scalable systems, web applications, APIs, and services.

• Familiarity with storage systems, including relational databases (e.g., Postgres) and analytical databases.

• Demonstrated ability to recognize customer pain points and translate their needs into technical and product specifications.

• A strong sense of initiative and ownership, along with the capacity to navigate ambiguity and swiftly adapt to changes.

• Outstanding skill in structuring problems and identifying the most critical issues for prioritization.

• Proficient in conveying complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing.

• Experience collaborating in a cross-functional setting with a diverse array of individuals at all organizational levels.
