Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop fullstack functionalities using Go, React, and Ember that enhance essential customer workflows.

• Work collaboratively with team members to transform concepts into valuable customer deliverables.

• Disseminate knowledge and elevate standards by publicly sharing your development journey through concise videos, insightful writing, and mentorship.

• Assist in refining our systems to accommodate an increasing number of customers, messages, and diverse use cases.

• Leverage AI agents for multi-file modifications by defining the tasks, composing the prompt, and validating the results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in developing and scaling backend services along with customer-facing features.

• Proficient in TypeScript, React (or a similar framework), and a statically typed backend language such as Go.

• Strong attention to frontend aesthetics, backend efficiency, and the overall customer journey.

• Expertise in APIs, relational databases, and crafting testable, high-performance code.

• A proactive mindset favoring action over perfection, with a commitment to owning technical decisions.
