Senior Software Engineer – Flutter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Driving the development of our app for the virtual assembly line to assist the team in achieving ambitious goals and advancing continuous improvements for the 1KOMMA5° Installation Manager App.

• A key force in product development and innovation by testing your code and providing scalable, reliable, and high-performance frontend solutions to ensure technical enhancements and maintainability of our apps.

• Creating, implementing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing high-quality, Flutter-based mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Promoting teamwork and successful project execution while continuously refining features based on user feedback and industry trends to enhance the customer experience.

• Supporting and coaching colleagues regarding automated testing and deployments, design methodologies, and coding standards, and being a true team player by sharing knowledge and experiences, especially across team boundaries and beyond one's own role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing, publishing, and maintaining multiple cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

• Experience in creating and deploying clean, maintainable, and testable code with continuous delivery and automated testing.

• Familiarity with implementing native UI/UX guidelines, APIs, and database management for server API integration.

• Ability to quickly adapt in remote and asynchronous cross-functional teams within a fast-paced, interdisciplinary work environment.

• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to help others thrive.

• Excellent spoken and written English skills (German is a plus).
