Senior Software Engineer, Fleet Response Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the operations team to develop a thorough training suite that empowers FROs to excel in assisting Waymo’s vehicles and riders.

• Partner with operations leaders to grasp their continually changing training requirements.

• Create and implement training systems that encompass all facets of an FRO’s responsibilities.

• Utilize Waymo’s simulation platforms to design realistic training scenarios.
