Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain full-stack features for our enterprise reporting platform.

• Engage with systems that manage large-scale data processing, including ingestion pipelines, query optimization, scheduling, and result delivery.

• Create and enhance APIs, background services, and data pipelines utilizing .NET.

• Build and maintain cloud-native services on AWS.

• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to convert business requirements into well-architected solutions.

• Take part in code reviews, technical design discussions, and incident response activities.

• Balance the development of new features with ongoing improvements to system reliability, maintainability, and developer experience.

• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of engineering excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Full-stack development capabilities — comfortable overseeing features from backend to frontend.

• Proficient in C# / .NET with strong experience in creating APIs, services, and backend systems.

• Hands-on experience with AWS services in a production environment.

• Strong expertise in SQL, including writing efficient queries, designing schemas, and working with relational databases.

• Solid foundational knowledge in distributed systems, API design, testing practices, and CI/CD.

• Experience with React for building modern frontend applications.

• Preferred: Knowledge in the digital marketing domain, including campaign management, lead generation, or dealer/automotive marketing.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queue systems.

• Experience in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

• Understanding of data visualization tools or BI reporting concepts.
