Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise AI

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software systems that drive Enterprise AI products and functionalities.

• Convert ambiguous business and technical challenges into clear engineering solutions.

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and partner teams to create AI-enhanced experiences.

• Take ownership of projects throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to launch, monitoring, and ongoing improvement.

• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, automated testing, observability, documentation, and operational best practices.

• Influence the technical direction of the Enterprise AI team by identifying opportunities, assessing approaches, and disseminating knowledge.

• Conduct in-depth investigations of problems and make advancements while ensuring quality and reliability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum of five years of professional software engineering experience in building and managing production systems.

• Proficient in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, Go, or C++.

• Experience in designing, implementing, testing, and troubleshooting distributed or highly scalable software systems.

• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional partners to establish requirements and deliver software from concept to production.

• Ability to clearly articulate technical decisions, engage in constructive code and design reviews, and take charge of complex projects.

• Preferred: Experience in creating AI- or machine learning-enabled products, platforms, or developer tools.

• Preferred: Familiarity with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, intelligent automation, model serving, or related Enterprise AI technologies.

• Preferred: Experience with cloud infrastructure, data platforms, APIs, distributed systems, and production observability.

• Preferred: Background in enhancing the reliability, performance, security, or cost efficiency of software systems at scale.

• Preferred: Capability to lead technical projects, mentor engineers, and influence decisions across organizational boundaries.
