Senior Software Engineer – Elixir

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You will be responsible for developing and enhancing the company's central onboarding and customer lifecycle platform on the Registrations Platform, ensuring its reliability and scalability.

• Your role will involve building applications, participating in planning, refining, and prioritizing tasks, and conducting technical feasibility assessments as needed, applying a pragmatic approach.

• You will contribute to the enhancement of existing documentation, increase test coverage for projects, and review code from peers, offering constructive feedback to maintain software quality.

• The challenge includes designing, evolving, and optimizing the architecture of our registration platform, utilizing technologies such as Elixir and Golang to develop scalable and resilient solutions.

• You will implement new features for significant projects and continuously enhance existing workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with Elixir;

• Capability to write and test product or system code while influencing team decisions on the design and implementation of solutions;

• Proficiency in debugging and optimizing code during system maintenance;

• Understanding of design principles for scalability, consistency, and fault tolerance in mission-critical applications;

• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, and/or others;

• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, and/or others;

• Experience using GitHub;

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes in production settings;

• Familiarity with Cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and/or others;

• Understanding of concurrency and parallelism models;
