Senior Software Engineer, Dynamics 365

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and implement scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that support intricate business processes across various teams and markets.

• Lead architecture and integration projects that connect Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems and Microsoft Azure services.

• Spearhead large-scale technical projects, including platform upgrades, migrations, and environment modernization.

• Guide engineers and foster a culture centered on quality, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

• Advocate for the effective utilization of AI tools and contemporary engineering practices.

• Represent technology initiatives through architecture reviews, technical discussions, and community engagement activities.

• Participate in architectural decisions, engineering excellence, and long-term technology strategy development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

• Practical experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services, particularly Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering comprehensive Dynamics 365 implementations.

• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.

• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and Agile delivery environments.

• Capability to make informed technical decisions and take responsibility for outcomes.

• A strong desire to mentor and assist in the development of fellow engineers.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools within software engineering workflows.

• Proficient in Polish and English.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are desirable.

• Experience with Python, FastAPI, or Flask is a plus.

• Knowledge of Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, or Apache Kafka is advantageous.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise ecosystem environments is beneficial.
