Senior Software Engineer, Developer Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on critical components of the Developer Platform, working alongside the team on technical implementations.

• Enhance the speed, reliability, and developer experience of the monorepo CI/CD pipeline, enabling engineers to focus more on shipping and less on waiting for or troubleshooting builds.

• Assist in productionizing the Agentic AI platform, including agent observability, RAG, and the context-engineering patterns that ensure agent reliability from development to production.

• Work with the team to unify fragmented build systems and provide standardized “paved road” blueprints, facilitating quick onboarding and production shipping of new products.

• Collaborate with engineers throughout the organization to recognize toil, codify patterns, and automate repetitive manual tasks.

• Engage in design and code reviews, contributing your technical insights to enhance engineering velocity and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in building and managing production services and platform infrastructure within modern cloud environments.

• Proficient in Go (Golang) or demonstrated readiness to ramp up quickly.

• Familiarity with CI/CD systems, container-based orchestration, and the tools necessary to scale a large monorepo through build, test, and release phases.

• A strong AI-centric mindset, with the ability to link your previous technical experience to contemporary, AI-driven development methodologies (e.g., LLM-based automation, context engineering).

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities; capable of partnering with engineers across the organization to identify and eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
