Senior Software Engineer, Customer Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead engineering initiatives to fruition with an emphasis on business impact.

• Implement innovative ideas efficiently and effectively on the backend.

• Address complex technical challenges across all levels of the stack.

• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including Product and Design.

• Participate in large-scale projects while overseeing small teams of engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.

• Proficient in at least one major programming language and capable of adapting to multiple languages such as Go, Python, Php, Swift, Kotlin, and Java.

• Strong background in developing software utilizing relational databases like Postgres or MySQL.

• Produce high-quality, maintainable, and testable code.

• Inquisitive, data-oriented, and an adept problem solver.

• Experience utilizing AI coding agents for delivering production software.

• Background in supporting and maintaining production software platforms.
