This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Engage actively in software development across the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Write code in the relevant programming languages we utilize, aiming to achieve expertise while staying current with language updates.
• Ensure that your code functions as intended by employing a Test-Driven Development approach wherever feasible, aligned with established Acceptance Criteria and testing protocols.
• Adhere to our Continuous Integration practices using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Implement our Source Control methodology via GitHub.
• Take initiative in comprehending and contributing to the technical solution from the design phase to the coding level.
• Foster and promote teamwork as well as a mindset geared towards Continuous Improvement.
• Cultivate a passion for learning and knowledge sharing.
• Deliver appropriate documentation to support development efforts, ranging from release notes to product documentation.
• Conduct Software Design and requirements analysis through User Stories, utilizing various Agile methodologies.
• Participate in relevant training to maintain an updated skill set.
• A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience.
• Proficient in ASP.Net Webforms, SQL Server, and JavaScript.
• Capability to debug and enhance complex SQL queries.
• Experience with .Net Core, Entity Framework, and IIS is a plus.
• Knowledge of secure software development processes.
• Familiarity with identity management using OAuth and OpenID.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Enterprise.
• DevOps experience, including the creation of configuration, build, and test scripts as part of CI/CD, is advantageous.
• Understanding of the complete software development lifecycle, particularly Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, design principles, and patterns.
• Proven track record in owning software development projects and technical solutions.
