Senior Software Engineer – Cloud Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Designing and programming complex cloud-native architectures and APIs (AWS Serverless, microservices).

• Translating intricate client requirements into stable cloud infrastructures.

• Proactively monitoring and optimizing application uptime, API performance, data security, and cloud costs (FinOps).

• Reviewing code and mentoring other developers within the team.

• Collaborating effectively in an asynchronous manner, documenting, and delivering code within a distributed, remote-first team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced engineer with a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working.

• Several years of experience successfully building large-scale, complex cloud-native applications.

• Familiarity with AWS and designing stable infrastructure for mobile applications (such as iOS and Android).

• Knowledge of modern software development practices such as Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Residing in the Netherlands and preferably speaks Dutch.
