Senior Software Engineer – Cloud & Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop, improve, and sustain the NedGraphics and Optitex Cloud solutions.

• Design, construct, and maintain serverless backend systems on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB/RDS, S3, SQS/SNS).

• Create secure, well-documented REST APIs and event-driven workflows (EventBridge/Step Functions).

• Build automated testing frameworks (unit/integration).

• Enhance performance (reducing cold starts, optimizing concurrency, caching, CDN via CloudFront).

• Apply security best practices (IAM policies, Secrets Manager/Parameter Store, KMS).

• Establish reliable integrations with third-party APIs and internal services.

• Generate technical documentation and developer-friendly API specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software development or an equivalent background.

• Demonstrated proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and a comprehensive understanding of Cloud Native services.

• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks.

• Expertise in contemporary programming languages such as Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Strong grasp of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure automation.

• Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect) and secure data exchange methods.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.

• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly advantageous.
