Senior Software Engineer, Autonomy & Swarm Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a swarm decision-making framework

• Create optimization and planning algorithms

• Collaborate closely with the Software Architect and backend development team

• Rapidly iterate within the SITL simulation environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in creating autonomous decision-making systems

• Proficient in combinatorial optimization, graph theory, constraint satisfaction, and multi-agent coordination

• Strong programming skills in C++

• Proficiency in Python for prototyping purposes

• Willingness to assist with live flight demonstrations and field trials
