This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create and develop internal AI agents and automation workflows for planning, tool utilization, information retrieval, validation, and human-in-the-loop execution.
• Design reusable tools, APIs, and components tailored for agentic workflows.
• Implement workflows that utilize retrieval-augmented generation, along with context management strategies and prompt patterns.
• Construct evaluation harnesses, regression tests, monitoring patterns, guardrails, and validation processes to ensure AI-agent reliability.
• Transition AI workflows from prototypes to production-ready systems in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
• Design, develop, and sustain production-quality Python applications, libraries, and services.
• Apply best practices in object-oriented design and software engineering, including testing, CI/CD, code reviews, observability, and documentation.
• Develop reusable engineering patterns and scalable technical solutions for partner collaborations.
• Create reusable Python libraries for clean room capabilities, audience workflows, and measurement use cases.
• Distill analytical and data collaboration workflows into repeatable, self-service components.
• Facilitate configurable feature deployment across partner platforms.
• Guide engineers through code reviews, technical design discussions, and operational best practices.
• Establish engineering standards for AI-assisted workflows, agentic system design, reusable libraries, and production automation.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing production-quality software using Python, encompassing libraries, services, testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.
• Practical experience in building applications utilizing LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, or frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
• Proven experience in designing AI-enabled workflows, reasoning agents, tool-using agents, or intricate automation systems.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar technologies.
• A solid understanding of production system design, focusing on observability, reliability, scalability, performance tuning, and operational support.
• Familiarity with data clean room concepts or platforms like Snowflake Clean Rooms, Databricks Clean Rooms, LiveRamp, Habu, or similar technologies.
• Experience in advertising technology, audience activation, campaign delivery, reach and frequency, attribution, incrementality, or reporting workflows.
• Possession of Snowflake SnowPro Core Certification, Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate, or a comparable cloud/data platform certification.
