This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Your role will involve collaborating with product, design, data, and various business functions to transform market insights and user demands into innovative technological solutions.

• Gain a deep understanding of the challenges and behaviors of micro and small enterprises (MPEs) that utilize our product, suggesting improvement hypotheses based on data and genuine feedback.

• Engage in cross-functional teamwork (product, design, data, business), converting business requirements into effective solutions and data flows that guarantee high performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Prioritize deliverables with a focus on results, balancing speed and quality; evaluate the impact of your outputs using clear metrics such as retention, conversion, and satisfaction.

• Assume technical leadership for high-impact projects, proposing innovative, resilient, and scalable long-term solutions.

• Oversee the entire process from prototyping to production instrumentation, including automated testing and rapid iterations typical of an agile environment.
