Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design of intricate software development features, ensuring that solutions are scalable, efficient, and easy to maintain.

• Work in collaboration with solution managers, designers, and various teams to gather requirements, convert them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with project objectives and priorities.

• Analyze and address complex technical challenges, identify potential bottlenecks, and create technical documentation to enhance system performance.

• Conduct code reviews, offer constructive feedback, and set an example in code quality, development best practices, and problem-solving methodologies.

• Ensure that the code satisfies functional and performance criteria, advocate for high-quality software, and implement rigorous testing processes, which include automated unit tests, integration tests, and other testing frameworks.

• Utilize AI tools and platforms as a core component of daily tasks to improve decision-making, optimize workflows, and promote data-driven results.

• Carry out additional job responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience.

• Proficiency in Python Django or other ORM technologies.

• Prior experience with cloud technologies, including AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Familiarity with various AI tools.

• Experience managing large-scale transactional processing.
