Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications across both frontend and backend systems.

• Create modern, responsive user experiences utilizing React and associated frontend technologies.

• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and business logic using Java, Node.js, or Python.

• Contribute to AI-enhanced features, including integrations with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, workflow automation, and intelligent agent-based systems.

• Engage in architecture discussions and make crucial technical decisions to ensure scalability, security, and performance.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while adhering to engineering best practices.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.

• Review code, offer technical guidance, and aid in maintaining high development standards.

• Build and manage cloud-native applications utilizing modern infrastructure and deployment practices.

• Enhance system performance, reliability, and user experience through ongoing improvements.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation processes, and deployment strategies.

• Mentor team members and actively engage in knowledge-sharing initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Full Stack Development, ideally in product-focused or startup environments.

• Strong proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management, and responsive UI design.

• Expertise in backend development using Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, or Python (FastAPI).

• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and utilizing modern Git workflows.

• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies, including LLM APIs, LangChain, vector databases, and AI-driven application development.

• Strong knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

• Comprehensive understanding of software architecture, system design principles, and scalable application development.

• Capability to independently manage projects and deliver end-to-end solutions.
