Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver thoroughly tested features across our platform, with guidance from more experienced engineers.

• Take charge of user stories from the refinement stage through to production and support after release.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to grasp challenges and convert requirements into practical technical solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to enhancing code quality through reviews and refactoring efforts.

• Engage in incident investigation and support to enhance system reliability and observability over time.

• Continuously advance your technical skills and expand your understanding of the broader system.

• Positively influence our engineering culture by sharing knowledge, asking questions, and supporting fellow team members.

• Integrate AI tools and workflows into your daily development routine, utilizing them to accelerate progress, reduce manual work, elevate quality standards, and share your insights with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience in building and deploying production software as part of a team.

• You are confident in working with modern backend and frontend technologies (e.g., Go, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python).

• You possess an understanding of fundamental engineering principles, including APIs, data modeling, testing, and version control.

• You enjoy tackling problems end-to-end and taking ownership of your responsibilities.

• You can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• You thrive in a dynamic environment where requirements may change as we gain more insights.

• You have a passion for AI and actively utilize AI-powered tools (such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude, or LLM APIs) in your development workflow, or you are genuinely eager to cultivate those habits. We value curiosity and enthusiasm over specific tools or years of experience.
