Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and execute scalable software solutions utilizing C#, React, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.

• Support and improve existing applications developed with C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.

• Oversee intricate software development projects from the design phase to implementation.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect and assess both technical and business requirements.

• Promote coding, testing, and deployment best practices to guarantee high-quality software outputs.

• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

• Engage in decisions regarding architecture, technology stack, and development methodologies.

• Design and utilize RESTful APIs and integrate with external services.

• Enhance database design, SQL queries, and overall application performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Software Engineer.

• Strong proficiency in: C#, ASP.NET, React, SQL Server, PostgreSQL.

• Practical experience with: Entity Framework Core, RESTful APIs, OAuth, Hangfire, and External API integrations.

• Comprehensive understanding of: SOLID principles, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), DRY, and YAGNI.

• Strong background in software architecture and scalable system design.

• Advanced expertise in database design, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).

• Experience with Docker and Docker Compose.

• Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).

• Proven track record of leading technical projects and mentoring software engineers.
