Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create software applications and features utilizing Golang and React

• Assist in developing a distributed architecture, crafting solutions that operate within it while ensuring consistency during extensive scaling

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design products that excel in the market

• Generate and analyze metrics to foster the ongoing enhancement of existing products

• Provide high-quality features that are testable and comply with reporting standards

• When necessary, lead small development teams to successfully launch projects

• Guide fellow engineering team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in full-stack software engineering

• Proven ability to introduce innovative ideas and build consensus on the way forward

• Proficient in developing and serving REST APIs using Go (preferably), as well as Java, Python, or a comparable language

• Experience in a distributed, cloud-based architecture, familiar with design patterns such as transactional outboxes or queuing tools like RabbitMQ, SQS, or Kafka

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
