Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Acquire an in-depth knowledge of pre-admission testing (PAT) workflows, hospital operations, and user requirements to pinpoint significant opportunities that enhance efficiency and lessen the administrative load for clinical personnel.

• Work in close collaboration with engineers and product management to establish and refine product specifications.

• Take ownership of the design, implementation, and enhancement of the PAT Assist product.

• Interact with customers and stakeholders to validate ideas and collect valuable feedback.

• Ensure a smooth user experience that harmonizes simplicity, thoroughness, and satisfaction.

• Guide and assist cross-functional team members across engineering domains.

• Present and convey a unified product vision that aligns with the organization’s objectives.

• Over 4 years of experience in product engineering.

• Proven success in delivering engineering solutions within a dynamic remote startup setting.

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to influence and collaborate at all levels.

• Practical full-stack experience using Python and Typescript/React.

• A systems thinker who integrates a broad vision with meticulous attention to detail.
