Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Designing, developing, and deploying scalable and dependable backend services, primarily utilizing Go and Python.

• Architecting, optimizing, and maintaining relational database tables within PostgreSQL.

• Leading technical projects from inception to launch, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other engineers, to define requirements and implement effective solutions.

• Conducting comprehensive code reviews and advocating for engineering best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in backend software development.

• Production experience with a programming language such as Go, Java, Python, or similar.

• Familiarity with a relational database like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Experience in building and operating scalable APIs and services.

• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP, AWS, or Azure).

• Proficiency in coding tools like GitHub, VSCode, or similar.

• Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
