Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

• You are primarily a Builder. You feel an urge to create and deliver tangible results regularly.

• You possess "Greenfield" experience, having a proven track record of constructing intricate features or products from the ground up, ideally as a founder or freelancer responsible for the complete outcome.

• You are versatile. You excel in settings where goals may shift. You perceive change not as an obstacle, but as an essential element of continuously enhancing the user experience.

• You are technically bold. As a full-stack engineer, you are at ease working across various domains, contributing to the backend, frontend, and database as required to successfully implement features.

• You do not require a "definition of done" to initiate your work. If having a fully detailed ticket and a project manager to oversee your day is essential for you, this role may not suit you.

• You prioritize "Done" over "Perfect." If you tend to spend excessive time fine-tuning code for millions of users when the immediate need is to perform well for thousands, this environment may not be ideal for you.

• You view AI as a tool for enhancement rather than a shortcut. If you copy code from LLMs without comprehending the underlying logic or security concerns, this is not the right place for you.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in software engineering with a portfolio showcasing products developed from scratch. (Bonus points for prior Founder or Freelance experience)

• Familiarity with NextJS, Astro, and React is essential, but more importantly, you have the capability to quickly learn new languages and tools.

• A strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is crucial for this role, as our website serves as a vital growth channel directly linked to business performance.

• Proven experience in utilizing AI agents (Cursor, Claude, etc.) to enhance architecture and coding processes.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. You possess full professional proficiency in English.
