Senior Software Engineer

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience with a demonstrated history of deploying scalable, production-level applications.

• Experience in developing systems that comply with HIPAA and SOC2 standards is highly advantageous.

• Proficient in utilizing AI coding tools as an integral part of your workflow to aid in the rapid architecture and release of production-grade applications.

• Highly independent and capable of determining necessary actions even when guidance is not clear.

• Familiar with the startup environment and prepared to dedicate 40+ hours per week.

• Ability to navigate the startup speed-versus-quality dichotomy, balancing swift iterations with secure, stable, and maintainable code.
