Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable backend microservices that form the core components of the Chat Platform.

• Develop, deploy, and enhance chatbot services and conversational interfaces for remittance solutions.

• Create and maintain infrastructure capable of managing millions of daily requests with real-time messaging capabilities.

• Build backend services utilizing industry standards alongside Google Cloud services.

• Guide junior developers and promote best practices within the team.

• Work collaboratively with product, UX/UI, and business teams.

• Leverage customer feedback and analytics to enhance conversational experiences and the effectiveness of chatbots.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer in a dynamic environment.

• Proven track record of developing, releasing, and refining software applications with a focus on real-world impact.

• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

• Experience with web services, including SOAP and REST APIs.

• Familiarity with Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, A/B Testing, Feature Flags, and Gradual Rollouts.

• Demonstrated experience in building chatbots, conversational interfaces, or integrating NLP tools.

• Familiarity with chatbot frameworks such as DialogFlow, IBM Watson, or Rasa is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.

• Ability to excel in a collaborative environment and contribute innovative ideas.

• Strong prioritization skills.

• Curiosity and/or experience in Fintech is a plus.

• Equivalent competencies in the aforementioned areas will be taken into account.
