Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in software projects spanning various industries, from diagnosis to the delivery of solutions.

• Collaborate in English with partners and international teams through meetings, technical documentation, and coordination.

• Analyze and troubleshoot system performance, architecture, and operational challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, technical consulting, or advanced support, preferably with exposure to various industries.

• Advanced or fluent English proficiency, utilized for communication with partners and international teams.

• Proficient in at least one programming language: Java, Python, Node.js, Go, C#, C++, Ruby, Scala, or Perl.

• Capability to diagnose and optimize systems within Linux environments.

• Familiarity with large-scale software architectures, including microservices, distributed systems, and cloud or hybrid environments.

• Possess analytical skills, strong communication capabilities, and comfort in collaborative settings.

• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis, DynamoDB) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server) in production environments.

• Previous experience in technical consulting or client-facing roles.

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Knowledge of observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, or similar.
