Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Create and maintain web applications utilizing contemporary technologies.

• Collaborate with design and product teams to develop user-friendly interfaces.

• Implement and integrate RESTful APIs effectively.

• Maintain code quality through rigorous code reviews and automated testing.

• Engage in every phase of the software development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment.

• Actively participate in team activities, discussions, and support decision-making and conflict resolution.

• Take responsibility for the quality, compliance, and security of the delivered solutions.

• Interact with supported areas by providing insights and gathering requirements.

• Develop software that ensures quality, security, and maintainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Java 17+ with the Spring Framework (including Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Batch) and microservices architecture using REST APIs.

• Familiarity with front-end development, specifically Angular.

• Skilled in version control systems, particularly Git.

• Experienced with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

• Knowledgeable in agile methodologies.

• Proficient in cloud architecture and services (preferably AWS), including the use of queues and storage solutions.

• Experienced with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

• Familiar with unit testing frameworks like JUnit and Mockito.

• Knowledgeable in CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Jenkins.

• Experienced in monitoring microservices with tools like Grafana, Kibana, and Dynatrace.

• Desirable: familiarity with Python.

• Desirable: familiarity with Scala.

• Desirable: familiarity with Airflow.
