Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement features across our Java and Python technology stack — taking complete responsibility from implementation to deployment and monitoring.

• Contribute to a codebase where your input is visible and your influence is quantifiable.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional software engineering experience with direct production exposure.

• A strong foundation in Java and/or Python — you possess enough knowledge of the language to recognize your areas for improvement.

• An inquisitive nature and some practical experience with AI development tools (such as Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar) — even if you're still in the process of forming habits, you have a genuine interest in advancing your knowledge.

• A growth-oriented mindset: you are receptive to feedback, ask insightful questions, and do not require everything to be resolved before you begin.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — as the team operates in a distributed environment, clarity in asynchronous communication is crucial.

• **Nice to Have**

• - Experience with LLM-based features in production (including prompt design, retrieval, evaluation, and fallbacks).

• - Knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure (such as AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, or API design.

• - Background in startup or fast-paced product settings.

• - Interest in the areas of identity, privacy, or compliance.

• - Familiarity with Scala.
