Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Design and create secure, scalable cloud-native applications and services.

• Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define architecture and technical direction.

• Convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Develop AI-enabled applications, agents, and integrations utilizing large language models and enterprise data.

• Create APIs, microservices, and data-driven solutions.

• Enhance software quality through testing, code reviews, and performance optimization.

• Mentor engineers and advocate for engineering best practices.

• Engage in technical planning, estimation, and delivery tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of software engineering experience with Java 17 or higher.

• Proven experience in designing and building applications on AWS.

• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.

• Experience with distributed systems, enterprise integrations, and APIs.

• Background in building AI-enabled applications utilizing large language models.

• Proficient in Python and modern software development methodologies.

• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with Git and contemporary software delivery practices.

• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to design, construct, test, and deliver production-ready software.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
