Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on the modernization journey: Design and implement strategies for legacy displacement to transition domains out of our monolith without any downtime.

• Bridge Tech Stacks: Develop new services and assist in the transition of others from .NET to Spring while engaging with and contributing to various codebases.

• Product Collaboration: Work alongside product managers to inquire about and establish requirements, comprehend the "Why," and help formulate a roadmap that harmonizes technical debt with new value.

• Global Collaboration: Communicate effectively across different time zones. Your written documentation and asynchronous communication will serve as the foundation for our distributed team.

• Master Observability: Utilize Grafana and modern tracing to oversee system health, ensuring our backend-intensive domain remains efficient and reliable.

• Drive AI Efficiency: Use Agentic programming tools (such as Claude Code) to expedite refactoring and development workflows, addressing straightforward issues while focusing on more complex challenges.
