Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• You will work collaboratively with a team of engineers and managers to develop applications utilized by our hotel clients globally.

• Write clean, self-documenting code that adheres to best practices and design patterns while employing agentic development methodologies.

• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance our product and technology.

• Consider the broader implications of tasks to truly delight customers or drive business growth.

• Engage effectively in one-on-one mentoring and participate actively in code reviews. Provide guidance to the tech lead on technical decisions.

• Be a proactive self-starter who can navigate ambiguity, take initiative, and execute projects with minimal oversight.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience.

• Strong expertise in developing backend applications.

• Proficient in Javascript and familiar with popular front-end frameworks like VueJS or ReactJS.

• Demonstrated capability to deliver high-quality products consistently.

• Self-driven, collaborative, and possess a strong work ethic.
