Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable software solutions utilized by a global clientele across various industries.

• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to establish requirements and deliver top-notch features.

• Contribute to the enhancement of existing platforms using cloud technologies and contemporary software architecture.

• Construct and integrate APIs and backend services to ensure seamless system functionality and extensibility.

• Create automation solutions to enhance deployment efficiency, system reliability, and operational performance.

• Engage in the design and development of mobile and cross-platform applications where applicable.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code in alignment with best practices and engineering standards.

• Support the entire software development lifecycle, encompassing design, development, testing, deployment, and production assistance.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve intricate technical issues within distributed systems.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in engineering practices, tooling, and development methodologies.

• Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and adherence to secure coding standards.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, customer-centric software solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in software development.

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.

• Experience in developing REST APIs and microservices.

• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases.

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and Agile development methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication capabilities.

• Experience with AWS or Azure platforms.

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with Angular, React, or other modern web frameworks.

• Background in developing SaaS applications.
