Senior Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

• Design, develop, and implement high-performing, scalable backend functionalities.

• Utilize modern technologies such as Kotlin, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and Azure.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to address intricate technical challenges.

• Engage in discussions regarding software and service architecture, influencing the technical trajectory.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 - 7 years of experience in backend development utilizing technologies such as Kotlin, Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript.

• Familiarity with messaging and/or streaming frameworks (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

• Strong expertise in relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Practical experience with CI/CD platforms (e.g., CircleCI, GitLab).

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps, etc.).

• Comprehensive understanding of creating testable, decoupled, and maintainable systems.

• Strong knowledge of engineering best practices, including test automation and CI/CD.
