This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Investigating verified application issues within established timelines based on the priority of the issue.
• Identifying solutions while maintaining the integrity of the software application in relation to the general customer base.
• Producing comprehensive technical support documentation as necessary.
• Offering assistance and guidance to users and colleagues.
• Collaborating closely with the Design, Testing, and Development teams to ensure an understanding of future functionalities and deliver a cohesive solution.
• Specifying, developing, and implementing interfaces to support the core product.
• Contributing to the creation of detailed estimates for resource timelines.
• Responsible for monitoring personal project performance against the plan and, when necessary, taking appropriate corrective actions to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6 years of experience in Application/Production Support or Software Engineering.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience with SQL, databases, and APIs/integrations.
• Ability to read and comprehend code (e.g., C#, Java, or similar).
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and adherence to SLAs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD (preferred).
• Experience supporting client-facing systems within cross-functional teams.
• Capability to prioritize issues, estimate efforts, and manage workload autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to document technical solutions.
• Company-issued equipment.
• Formal, hands-on training.
