• Create, design, and sustain scalable, high-performance software for our AI-driven Corporate Governance platform.
• Work in close collaboration with engineers and product managers to identify, prioritize, and execute essential features.
• Lead the complete software development lifecycle, encompassing planning, design, implementation, and testing.
• Integrate machine learning models and other AI technologies to enhance governance workflows and introduce innovative features.
• Maintain the platform's quality and reliability by adhering to best practices in software development, conducting code reviews, and performing testing.
• Establish and uphold security best practices across the application, cloud environment, and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulations pertinent to the LegalTech industry.
• At least 8 years of experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• Must reside in Germany.
• Demonstrated experience in developing scalable and dependable software utilizing contemporary technologies and architectures.
• Expertise in our technology stack, which includes React (TypeScript) for the frontend and Node.js with Nest.js and PostgreSQL for the backend.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and experience with automation tools like GitHub Actions.
• Enjoy working in an agile setting and take pleasure in enhancing the agile software development process to boost productivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for creative and unconventional thinking.
• Passionate about innovation and motivated to create a significant impact in the legal technology field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced setting.
• A strong team-oriented mindset, relishing active involvement in team events and engaging with colleagues.
