Senior Software Engineer – Application Integrations, Internal Tools – Python, Golang

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and sustain internal application security tools and automation, prioritizing scalable, code-driven solutions.

• Develop and enhance integrations, APIs, and frameworks for SaaS connectivity.

• Incorporate engineering and security best practices into CI/CD pipelines and development processes.

• Create and refine AI and LLM-assisted workflows, which include automation, reasoning systems, and developer guidance tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and address scalability, performance, and design issues.

• Produce technical documentation, reports, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience as a Software Engineer.

• More than 5 years of experience in roles related to cybersecurity.

• At least 5 years of experience with Python and Golang.

• Proficiency with AWS and contemporary software delivery practices like Infrastructure as Code, containers, and service-oriented architectures.

• Experience with Linux, Windows, macOS, and networking principles.

• Solid understanding of application security concepts and secure development methodologies.

• Capability to analyze complex systems, identify problems, and create scalable solutions.

• Advanced level of English for daily communication.

• Experience with Node.js and React is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI/LLM-assisted engineering workflows is a plus.

• Knowledge of CI/CD integrations and SaaS platform integrations is a plus.
