Senior Software Engineer – AI & Workflow Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Design, prototype, and evaluate agentic workflows utilizing platforms such as Goose, Unify MCP, AWS Q, and Google Gemini.

• Develop and refine AI-driven agents capable of autonomously interacting with systems, APIs, and developer tools.

• Convert product ideas into functional demonstrations and scalable pipeline implementations.

• Collaborate across teams with product managers, ML engineers, and DevOps personnel to enhance user workflows.

• Enhance agent performance in terms of reasoning, autonomy, reliability, and safety.

• Assist in the development of ML pipelines for the deployment and monitoring of agentic flows in production settings.

• Document architectures and disseminate insights throughout the engineering organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience in AI/ML engineering and LLM operations.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing agentic flows with frameworks such as Langchain, CrewAI, Agno, or custom solutions.

• Knowledge of prototyping and testing within environments that utilize MCP-enabled tools like Claude Desktop/Goose, AWS Q, and Gemini.

• Experience in designing and maintaining pipelines for ML models, workflows, or LLM agents.

• Strong programming capabilities in Python and TypeScript.

• Proficient in working within cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP) and managing DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Argo).

• Experience in startup environments or a proven track record of rapid development, quick iteration, and multitasking.

• Familiarity with integrating agentic workflows into SaaS developer platforms (preferred).

• Understanding of orchestration, memory management, and context-aware agents (preferred).

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, tool enhancement, and LLM fine-tuning (preferred).

• Awareness of system observability and debugging tools for agents (preferred).
