This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of designing shared libraries, Spring Boot starters, and templates.

• Establish the patterns and standards for our agentic frameworks.

• Guide and enhance the skills of product teams in Python-based AI agent development.

• Lead the evaluation and strategy for implementing guardrails.

• Drive technical initiatives across our Kotlin/Spring Boot platform.

• Construct and maintain a comprehensive map of the broader ecosystem.

• Promote adoption and amplify the impact of fellow engineers.

• Determine the research direction in unexplored areas.

• Enhance the developer experience.

• Over 7 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Extensive experience with Kotlin, the JVM, and Spring Boot.

• Strong intuition for API and library design.

• Proven track record of technical leadership.

• Genuine passion for leading in the field of agentic AI.

• Ability to transform ambiguity into clarity through sound judgment.

• A systems thinker who understands the broader context.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to independently gather context.

• Practical understanding of Python.
