Senior Software Engineer – AI Fintech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Create and implement automated, reusable training pipelines to guarantee consistent and scalable model delivery across the partner portfolio.

• Construct ETL pipelines with strategic feature engineering to ensure clean and dependable inputs for pricing models.

• Design and deploy real-time machine learning pricing solutions in production, overseeing the complete journey from model to live environment.

• Monitor production systems for latency, drift, and training-serving discrepancies, continuously optimizing to uphold model integrity.

• Conduct champion-challenger tests on pricing and product construction strategies to identify enhancements and adapt to evolving market conditions.

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders to convert business requirements into well-defined technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a comparable role, preferably within production machine learning systems or large-scale pricing platforms.

• Expertise in Python, Scala, and SQL, applied in production machine learning systems rather than exploratory projects.

• Background in data modeling, software architecture, and large-scale distributed data processing frameworks.

• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application in pricing, demand forecasting, or related commercial areas.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, demonstrated by a history of identifying issues before they reach production.

• A product-oriented mindset that prioritizes customer outcomes, even in highly technical tasks.

• Effective and collaborative communication skills that resonate across data science, engineering, and business stakeholder groups.
