Senior Software Engineer – AI-Enabled

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a senior Software Craftsperson to join our teams and assist clients in developing well-crafted, maintainable, and valuable software solutions.

• This role is hands-on and requires an individual who possesses strong technical depth, autonomy, pragmatism, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.

• You will collaborate with client teams to tackle complex software challenges, enhance engineering practices, and responsibly adopt AI-driven methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in software engineering, preferably at senior, staff, principal, lead, or architect levels.

• Strong practical experience with Java and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.

• Experience with CI/CD processes.

• Solid engineering fundamentals: design, testing, refactoring, architecture, delivery, maintainability, and production-readiness.

• Ability to work across diverse programming languages, stacks, and domains.

• Experience in autonomous environments where problem identification and solution driving were essential.

• Good understanding of modern AI tools and their applications in professional software engineering.

• Practical experience with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding/reasoning assistants.

• Experience in integrating AI tools into engineering workflows, rather than just experimenting with them individually.

• Strong communication skills when interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
